A small hole-in-the-wall is just what you'd expect from the outside! The atmosphere inside, however, is quite different. It’s a place where many regulars drop in and are greeted by name. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy classic American comfort food, just like Grandma used to make. Despite its limited size, the menu is surprisingly large, catering to only a few customers at a time—perhaps this is part of what makes it feel so welcoming and cozy.
Love The Nook! I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember, and now I love getting to bring my own family on the weekends or meet friends for a weekday breakfast and coffee. The food is always delicious, made to order, hot, and fresh every time. It’s family-owned and operated, and you can truly feel that in the atmosphere. Wonderful people running a great spot in our town!
The food was fresh and in my grandsons words the best breakfast ever. I had the southwestern omlete and wished for a bigger stomach so I could eat 2. Pancakes didn't need the chocolate chips but we had then anyway. The service was fast and friendly. We shared conversation with some of the regulars and it felt like home. We will be back . That cheese burger the next table was eating looked good. See you next time
Ms.Deb was amazing! My blood sugar was dropping and she quickly brought me out a biscuit. I forgot quickly about why I was eating it as I was too busy thoroughly enjoy it. The biscuit was huge, light and fluffy. Moist and not dry which is the perfect combination for biscuits. The breakfast came soon after. Perfectly cooked bacon with amazing eggs and delicious grits. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
Old fashioned dive joint with good breakfast choices excellent service, plenty of options that all looked to be delicious, POSH 🤔 no yet captures a different time. Sadly I was too late for the star of the menu 'fresh made cinnamon rolls'😏

Great food and the family that runs this place forever is unbelievably great! They do get crowded sometimes but it’s worth the wait! I love their mushroom and Swiss omelette. My mother used to get their Rubens at least twice a month.
This restaurant is very quaint with delicious homemade food! The prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge! This place also has a drive-through which is awesome! The service was fast and the food came out perfectly. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10!
This little place is always busy in Tomball. I have never been here before, but I decided to stop by today because I was with a friend and he wanted breakfast. Hey man, I know a place that's always busy. Let's go try it. First off, the food is very good here. It's your traditional home country style breakfast. everything was on point and very good.
I have to say, it takes something truly special to make a day awesome. This place is definitely the place for that. it was my first visit and I have to say I cannot wait to go back and try it again! I walked in and was actually blown away by how small it was but it definitely gives off home cooking and a great family vibe. After sitting down and ordering my drink, i ended up ordering their T.A.B. Sandwich, (Turkey, Avocado, and bacon) with their homemade fries. I cannot remember the last time I cleaned my plate solid in a diner or anywhere. It was worth every bite. The lady who served me was absolutely fantastic and I didn’t catch her name but the service was top notch. I definitely recommend this place if youre in the area, although I will caution that it is small, you may have to wait a bit to sit and eat unless you want to grab it to go. Again though it is definitely worth the sit in. I will definitely be back hungry for more. And while I usually say don’t take my word for it, take it, and try it for yourselves!! Definitely 10/10.
